My first #table4six event was at Le Meridien Dubai when I was their Ambassador for a month, I decided to bring along five people from Twitter that I had never met. You can find a copy of that review here.
Following that I was given a gift to dine at a local restaurant following a review I wrote about them. I don’t write these reviews to receive complimentary dining, however it is very nice to be appreciated so I thought the best way to use these gifts would be to share them with my followers on Twitter.
So everytime a restaurant contacts me to review their restaurant and they agree, I take along a group of the twitterati with me. It makes it easier for me to write the review as I have more feedback from everyone on the table, and as there are more people present, more food is ordered so we get to see more of the menu and the Chef’s expertise. I also get to meet some new people which is always a plus point.
